SYNOPSIS:

Exploring the impacts Climate Change is having on our world, Subject to Change tells the personal stories of Pacific communities living on the frontline, and shares an insight into the New Zealand response to the global objectives set by the Paris Agreement. It is a beautifully shot and moving exploration of how climate change is affecting the people whose lives are based around the ocean, that are now faced with rising sea levels, extreme weather events, and ocean acidification.
